Our Staff

H. Les Dungan, PE, PLS and Jeff J. Dungan, PE, PLS founded Dungan Engineering, P.A. in 1993. The two brothers received their education in the City of Columbia School System and Mississippi State University where they both earned degrees in Civil Engineering.

James Lee Mock, PE, PLS joined the firm in 1994 and currently serves as its Vice President. Mr. Mock is a native of York, Alabama and earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of Mississippi and a degree in Civil Engineering from Mississippi State University.

Brooks R. Wallace, PE joined the firm in 2002 and currently serves as a Vice President and manages the Picayune, MS office.  Mr. Wallace is a native of Columbia, MS and earned a degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Mississippi.

Since inception, the firm's staff and office facilities have grown to over fifty (60) employees and three offices including:

Dungan currently has engineers licensed in Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, Texas, South Carolina and West Virginia.  Dungan is a registered firm in Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas.
