Electric Power Line Services
Dungan works closely with a local utility company daily to upgrade old overloaded lines to new three phase lines and assists with the design and location of new transmission lines. Dungan coordinates with utility managers to move power lines to a more accessible location for maintenance. We develop plans to upgrade old pole structures and transformers from 7.2 kV to 25 kV and to comply with National Electrical Safety Code. Dungan provides easement acquisition services and road permit applications to move the project into construction phase. Prior to construction Dungan will provide material list for existing pole units and proposed pole units in a staking sheet with drawing of proposed new route and old line. During the construction phase Dungan will stake out all service poles, mainline poles and anchors and provide necessary project inspection.
